      Pros

      The most meaningful job you can get as a communications professional in Finland. Many teams that have a great culture. The resources are top notch, we get to work with the best.

      Cons

      Some parts of the organization is really hierarchical. The salaries are not terrible, but could be higher. The organization is too big. A lot of people who should give room for new talents, but can't be kicked out.

      Pros

      The management is willing to work with the employees to make things work out. Communication is excellent. The boss is a pleasant person to work with.

      Cons

      There is no room for growth. I was stuck at the same job, not because the boss didn't appreciate what I was able to do, but because there was nowhere to grow to.

      A lot of bureaucracy and everything is quite slow and requires following up.
