      Pros

      The most meaningful job you can get as a communications professional in Finland. Many teams that have a great culture. The resources are top notch, we get to work with the best.

      Cons

      Some parts of the organization is really hierarchical. The salaries are not terrible, but could be higher. The organization is too big. A lot of people who should give room for new talents, but can't be kicked out.

      Great possibilities for personal growth, development and to work in different roles .

      Cons

      Yle is cutting in personel. Frequent reorganization. Still strong hierarchy, at least in Current affairs & News.
