The one and only pro was the 3 week induction, which was actually informative and delivered well by the 2 trainers.

Post induction it was literally the job from hell - I'm very surprised Yell is still in business after working there. Do not listen to the false description given for this role - taking a position here will damage your CV and your health. - Micro-management - Sleazy sales techniques - Poor leadership - Management didn't listen to anything you say - Enablement team there to support post induction encourage you to hound customers and self-promote how good they were in the sales function - Yell have an awful reputation with 90% of customers - as a result of bad experiences or being ripped off by a salesperson before you - Terribly written pitches that you're encouraged to stick to
