      Pros

      Lots of really good sales training, however at times the job gets very repetitive.

      Cons

      Dont pay that well and not much of an org to grow in. Lots of colleagues come and go so its hard to get close with people and see them leave so quickly...bad for team morale.

      Good opportunity for pay with commission on top of the salary, lots of dialing, GRIT is needed. Be solutions oriented.

      Cons

      If you can't handle rejection consistently everyday from here on out and things don't always going your way then this isn't the role for you.
