      Pros

      Great training given and motivation to work your way up in the company. Never a dull moment, with fashion trends changing constantly and Zara staying top of the game.

      Cons

      Sometimes, the hours aren't conducive to a great social life! You have to work many weekends and holidays, but that's retail, not just Zara.

      There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

      Cons

      Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
