Pros
I can't think of any pros, it was terrible. At least there were set hours and you didn't have to bring work home with you, but that's how retail jobs work.
Cons
Snobby management and team, get over yourself it's retail. The place was always a mess. Cheap clothes, countless women would come out of the fits with broken zippers or buttons. Hours were long and breaks minimal.
