Pros

* Really cool, talented people in every department

Cons

* leadership is toxic and abusive * you know how Jordan Belfort treats people in the Wolf of Wall Street? Leadership thinks that's ideal * leadership is much too confident given their competence * Leadership uses the company as their own piggy bank while massively underpaying staff * they throw away money on stuff that doesn't work, but if you ask for a raise they fire you * They don't care about you, the product, or the user. They just want to make as much money as possible * One of the leaders unironically said they had to buy a car for tax purposes. Meanwhile, people who've been working here for years are making less than $50k * WATCH YOUR CONTRACT, THEY LIE TO YOU VERBALLY AND PUT SOMETHING ELSE IN

Pros

The team moves fast, there’s a strong culture of ownership, and people genuinely care about driving results. One of the things I’ve appreciated most is the amount of autonomy and trust. If you identify an opportunity and can back it up with data, leadership is open to testing new ideas and moving quickly.

Cons

Like many fast-growing startups, there can be a fair amount of turnover as the company evolves and teams scale quickly. Processes are still being built in real time, so not everything is fully defined or documented yet. That said, this is very normal for a startup at this stage and can actually be a positive for people who enjoy building systems, creating structure, and helping shape how teams operate. If you’re someone who prefers highly established processes and lots of bureaucracy, it may feel less comfortable.

Pros

In my experience, there were no meaningful positives. Joining this team was a mistake, and I am relieved that this chapter has ended.

Cons

I joined this company with high expectations, but unfortunately my experience was marked by a lack of support and collaboration from the team. From day one, I felt isolated rather than onboarded, and interactions with team members were often dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of fostering a constructive and inclusive work environment, internal dynamics and leadership practices appeared to enable unproductive behavior rather than address it. As a result, it was difficult to succeed or feel valued in my role. My departure ultimately brought a sense of relief and closure. I hope the company takes steps to improve its culture, onboarding process, and leadership accountability so future employees have a more positive experience. ***Many of the highly positive reviews and success stories are fake.***
