Mandatory days to come in was not the greatest

No pros, very toxic environment and management

My experience at Zenith was, unfortunately, very disappointing. I joined at a Director level, felt there was a significant lack of onboarding and support from leadership from the outset. From the very start of my time at Zenith I was discouraged from asking questions or seeking clarification. The team was understaffed relative to the workload expectations, and I was not provided with the resources needed to succeed in the role. When concerns about team performance or operational challenges were raised with management, the feedback was not well received. The work culture also involved extremely long hours, including regular 9 a.m.–9 p.m. workdays and weekend expectations, which contributed to an unsustainable environment. Overall, I found the culture to be highly micromanaged and lacking in transparency and support for employees
