Thank you for your feedback. All organisations have policies related to reporting times, working from home (if at all), and so on. These policies are clearly outlined to prevent misuse, and whilst there is a degree of flexibility, do need to be enforced for a strong corporate-employee relationship. We do not agree with any of the other points you've raised as we feel that the review is biased rather than neutral.
