      - Be prepared to be proactive and chase. So much going off and teams across the global, you need to identify key contacts and push for your initiative.

      I recently joined and have been thoroughly impressed by the onboarding process, welcoming nature of my coworkers, and transparency from leadership. I can tell that people genuinely enjoy working here, and I'm excited for growing as part of the team.
