Good product, but expect growing pains - Acount Executive Zywave Employee Review

The company has gone through a leadership change over the past two years and it shows — the strategy makes sense now and people actually believe in it. The people here are great and willing to help, which makes a big difference. If you want to grow and take on more, the opportunity is there.

The product portfolio is broad and priorities can shift quickly — if you need a predictable environment this probably isn't the right fit. The pace is fast and you have to be comfortable with that.

We have some of the largest accounts as customers but haven’t reached the full ability to penetrate into other markets. The GTM org has beaten customers to death over and over where it’s now all coming to a head and sellers are running out of runway.

Csuite is strange. They operate behind a curtain. During all hands everyone’s cameras are turned off and you only can see the CSUITE. No one in ELT is local to HQ. Pacing poorly given changes that weren’t fully flushed out. Enablement from the top down doesn’t hit on what sellers need to do in order to succeed. Everyone’s trying to stay a float and it still feels like we’re all drowning. Data integrity has been a historic problem that no one will own to fix.
