Pros
I cant speak for the other teams but I am so satisfied with the team I am in right now. My Line Manager trusts me (and the team) enough not to micromanage. She's a good mentor and I really learn a lot from her. We are comfortable enough to raise issues, solve problems, and get stuff done/moving. Working with the other teams is also nice. We have a transparent environment wherein it's easy to talk to everyone. Challenges are always there, but at the end of the day, ADA internally is a team, and are on the same side despite outside (client) challenges.
Cons
Currently, ADA Philippines still doesnt have a physical office. Although, we're all technically working from home due to the pandemic. But we have been WFH even before the pandemic started. As for the compensation per market, it seems like the PH is not on par with the other markets despite having the same type of work/roles. (Just an observation).
