Nothing it’s zero and they just attract you by good salary which is a trap
Cons
1)In my career with Argano I have seen atleast 2 from team been fired every month and they hire 4 again. 2) No on the job support and training they call the normal training’s as the training material but actually what job you do that training or material not exists 3) If you speak reality or they see you are more intelligent than the old people then they target you and throw you out stating Org restructuring. 4) if you have a family and you accept this offer then be ready to go through nightmare. 5) if someone talks unprofessionally and you raise it with proof then you are gone , they will support wrong guy and fire you. 6) if they feel your intelligence is threat for them then you are gone you should always behave as if you know nothing and they are the boss
