Pros

Remote options available and you can work from anywhere

Cons

Never ever join this company as I was played by the management . This is a startup kind company and I was hired in a full time position as a senior PM and joined on 12/01/2025 and they laid me off on 02/12/2026 saying organization restructure . Ever since I joined there was literally no help , management and leadership behaves as if they are helpful but the reality is they are literally useless . Zero ethics and bad work culture . In a month - they gave me 4 projects and didn’t even gave me a chance to prove and laid me off and I was not the only one . They play with people’s career . Shame on this company and their malpractices. Anyone who wants stability with good work culture should not join . This company aggressively acquiring other small companies with no strategy . Save yourself .

Pros

It used to be a nice place to work. Leadership listened. It was collaborative. And you weren’t in fear for your livelihood every single day.

Cons

The new chief commercial officer who started in the summer has fired at least 40 people since November. And 15th of them were the week before Christmas. The company is owned by venture capitalist and they are trying to sell the company in September. They keep acquiring other companies and and then firing high paid previous leadership or current employees. I’ve heard that new employees don’t even know what is expected of them. Every person that I’ve talked to that has started in the last few months is afraid for their jobs, keep seeing people get fired for no reason, and people’s jobs keep changing from what they originally came here for. The company split into two and the original CEO is not present. The CEO of the other company that had split into is domineering and authoritative. Nobody in leadership is interested in what is going on at the ground level. They do not ask. They just tell. And they fire without cause. So many of my friends have been fired in the last few months and nobody can tell me why. Everyone says their job was eliminated. But then their jobs get replaced. It’s scary.

Not Worth the Effort

Pros

No pro's at this point that help level out the con's. Flex Time if you can manage the hundreds of emails you will get while you are out. Room for growth depending on the position.

Cons

Workload is ridiculously heavy. Work/life balance is horrible due to workload. Work dumped on you without conversation, or proper training if needed. Horrible communication. No collaboration. Decisions made for you and your team. Micro-management/controlling Director who has fits if everything doesn't go her way. No regard for when you are out. Texts and calls still come through. No career path for employees from executive management.
