Work-life balance is perfect. There are works to be done but not so stressful environment. Company culture and buildings are very nice.
Cons
Horrible salary - way below salary than the average at NL. Even worse than average junior salary for seniors. Very limited career growth - you MUST get along with your manager to be promoted rather than being good at your job. Very bad management - Managers are way below of capability to manage software teams. Generally the managers are not coming from technical background which make everything harder for them to understand and guide the career growth for the engineers. Not very free environment - in case you have a problem with your manager, it is not recommended to report your manager because group managers will always stick with the managers rather than you. Very bad pension opportunities.
