The only advantage of working at DotPH is that you can gain experience in domain management systems. You'll get an idea of how they sell domains.
Cons
No growth at all. People in management have worked at this company for 5-10 years, but their work ethics are very toxic. They talk about people behind their backs. The CEO does not care about his employees. He micro-manages his staff and asks them to do tasks outside of their job descriptions.
