- Micromanaging is a disaster. - Leaders were sometimes on powertripping with their team members. - Workplace culture is toxic. - Don't have a proper standard in their processes and documentation when it comes to their work. - Poor walkthrough and orientation on newly hired. - They don't give a damn about their employees, management even the heads just do whatever they want, with no proper explanations. - They don't own their mistakes, someone will take the blame for someone's incompentency. - Some stayed for almost 5-10 yrs but no growth in their skills; lack of progress.

No growth at all. People in management have worked at this company for 5-10 years, but their work ethics are very toxic. They talk about people behind their backs. The CEO does not care about his employees. He micro-manages his staff and asks them to do tasks outside of their job descriptions.
