      Pros

      I'm still new but the tribe has been very welcoming. Pay and benefits are outstanding. Steve Hall (Owner) goes above and beyond to take care of the tribe. I'm really glad to be a part of it.

      Cons

      None. Normally when a person starts a new job they have doubts waiting for the other shoe to drop. But Drivers Select is 100% transparent that there is no other shoe.
