As a 15-year-old healthcare services company, we have always prioritized our people. The exceptional talent we have has been critical to our success and continued growth, and our surveys confirm we do have a very diverse team (over 60%), including employees in leadership roles. We are proud to have a workforce comprised of employees with different ethnic backgrounds, representing different cultures, characteristics, viewpoints, and skills.
Our current leaders do possess advanced degrees and multiple industry credentials. For example, our VP of Operations has a bachelor’s degree, CCS, and CCS-P. Our Director of Audit and Education earned a Doctorate in Business (DBA), RHIT, CPMA, CCS, and PMP. Our Strategic Client Executive has an MHA, RHIA, CCS, CDIP, CRC, and FAHIMA. These are only a few examples of our well rounded and accomplished team. We’re proud of the education and industry experience of our leaders.
Our goal is always to promote from within, but we are dedicated to securing the best talent and most qualified individuals for each role. Sometimes this goal requires us to seek external candidates who have a greater skillset and experience to deliver our brand promise, “exceptional services provided with unrelenting client focus”.
One of our core values is focused on the high level of service we provide our client partners, so we do monitor quality and productivity on an ongoing basis. We work with our team regularly when quality and productivity fall below standards.
Each year we have improved and expanded on the benefits we offer our employees and their families. We provide a variety of insurance offerings including medical, vision and dental plans, life insurance, 401K with company match, employee assistance program, PTO, holidays, and more. Additionally, we do offer free CEUs to all employees via a well-respected education platform. We do have an HR Department, a full time HR Director, and recruitment, benefits, and payroll services. We are adding even more HR resources in the coming months.
