Pros
1) You get to learn A lot that is if you know how to. 2)Some people are extremely good. It's only because of them that they are some how surviving. Trust me they don't care about them too.
Cons
1) I was the best Person in my technology. Even now when I am writing this review I know my friends would be missing me. But, it's beyond idiotic managers to accept that. 2) If you are a team player and believe in working just because you love your work. You will be disappointed. 3)Managers assume that whole world is revolving because of them. I have no problem with that too but it's interesting when something goes wrong, then they will find someone and blame him 4) They simply can't acknowledge the efforts a person puts into his task. 5) They promote only cunning people. 6) They assume that employees are stupid. Some one like me always saw through everything you all tried each and every time. 7) Automation, seriously they will jump in excitement if a computer even writes an alphabet but don't care about the employee who studied all his childhood and whose parents hope he is. They can simply do any thing to earn money they just don't care about people. Note: They do lot of fanfare to keep the illusion that they care for you. But actually they don't. 7)I was in automation team. I just don't like how they treat such awesome employees they are so lucky to have.
