Good work life balance generally

Some poor decision making at the top level for a long time and far too many people coasting

The people in the software team were amazing. Always there to help, encouraging, and fun to work with. The CTO is an amazing person to work for, eing that rare mix of both incredibly knowledgeable and personable. The company and those who work there clearly care about their mission to improve patient and medical staff experiences.

Multiple rounds of layoffs. Funding probmems. Too many directions and goals as a company. Issues with partners and contractors.
