Pros

1) You can grow and learn a lot technically. 2) Decent Onsite opportunities

Cons

1) No Work- Life balance for support team in India. 2) Management is very stubborn not open for new Ideas and implement their own ideas. 3) No pay for overtime. 4) Too much work load and less resources. 5) Employees are treated like labourers. 6) Poor training, you will have to learn everything yourself. 7) Shifts extending to 12 -15 hours for support team in India. 8) Very little appreciation. 9) Daily scrum is for humiliation of freshers. 10) Favouritism. 11) Low Hikes with not so good reasons for such low hikes. 12) Deadly internal processes for support which consume more time and adds more pressure. 13) Very few activities or events at organization level. 14) HR do not take any actions on issues. 15) Internal processes are only meant to be followed by India team.

Pros

Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

Cons

Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
