      Pros

      Relaxed and friendly work environment. Work life balance is generally good, and there is support from management, just not in terms of personal growth.

      Cons

      Employees with any ambition are gone after a couple of years, frequent changes due to a constant shifting of personnel makes it difficult to establish and then perform on goals. Day to day decisions are made by CEO and many are made on his whim, whether or not they are good. Product is clunky and outdated, not much support from other departments. Severe nepotism hinders growth in company, and many meetings are pointless making it difficult to establish flow throughout the day.

      Pros

      Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

      Cons

      Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
