Also, the managers are very considerate especially for the instances that you need to take a day off for emergency or health purposes of the employees or even family members of employees. The co-workers are approachable and easy to ask for needed information. Almost all of the people I've interact with have their own strengths and expertise which is very inspiring that I get to learn something when having a meeting with them.
