      Pros

      Amazing work life balance where we work remotely and autonomously. As long as the job gets done, the schedules are flexible. The people and leadership and highly talented so it has been an amazing learning opportunity and a great stepping stone to my career growth.

      Cons

      I wish I saw my wonderful colleagues in-person more often, but that is the trade-off with remote work.

      Igrafx is a wonderful place to work for in an interesting space with lots of room for personal growth. Culture is also great

      Strong leadership team, passionate about customers and employees. Innovative SaaS platform (Process360 Live) that customers actually love; 96% recommend it. Opportunity to own strategy and execution (real autonomy, not micromanagement). Private equity backing provides resources to scale. Competitive salary, good 401(k) match, excellent health benefits.

      Cons

      Fast growth means priorities shift quickly; need to be adaptable. Still building structure in sales and GTM,requires tolerance for ambiguity.
