1. Mandatory Open-Mindedness
Leadership puts on a great show of wanting our "honest feedback." However, if you actually speak the truth, you’d better pack your bags and get ready for a one-way drop-pod out of the company. (Read the other reviews about "GC" below; you'll see the casualty list). Promotions here have zero to do with your actual skills or hard work. You only rank up if you are a fan-favorite of High Command, or if you simply survive here long enough without committing "thought treason."
2. The Hologram of Equality
We have a female MD, so the company loves to broadcast its "gender equality." We promote a few female managers and hire more female staff just to satisfy Global Command's diversity quotas. But if a female employee actually needs her legally required maternity rights? Good luck, soldier. May Liberty protect you, because they certainly won't.
3. Expendable Workforce & Toxic Air
Management casually spies on our medical insurance logs and hospital visits. Recently, we were all ordered to deploy into a newly renovated office. We are currently breathing and working in an environment where the TVOC levels are 4 times the national safety limit. People are physically getting sick, but Command is completely blind to it and offers zero solutions. Why? Because no one dares to report it (see Point 1), and Management is simply incapable of admitting they made a mistake, as always.
