Pros
- Allows to have a lot of satisfaction from work (learning new technologies, processes and having fun at the same time) - People bring a lot of fun, positive vibes to work, be it jokes, memes or ways to bond on some non-work related meetings - Feeling of being heard - in projects or in general, feedback is gathered and issues are usually taken care of đź‘Ť - Creativity and open mindset are really valued - Various projects in modern technologies but also a well developed foundation for the most known and used tech stack - Very flexible, easygoing, forgiving and thoughtful team
Cons
- There is a small amount of projects that are just in the maintenance phase that don't necessarily bring a lot of joy and are a hustle to work on (but feedback about that is always accounted for so that's a plus) - Micro-level communication issues - Intense schedule at times (might also be a pro at the same time)
