Pros
Pros of working in itCraft: - No stressful situations. - Great atmosphere. - Everybody is helpful. - New initiatives and training paid hours. Also we work on very challenging and interesting projects. Everyday I have an opportunity to learn something new from more experienced developers.
Cons
For now can't find any to be honest.

Good learning opportunities There are processes for different parts of work Management aims to build professional environment

Before signing the contract, they tried to renegotiate the rate. Despite the fact that they gave the salary range earlier, and we agreed what rate I expect - It is definitely not a professional approach A fairly rigid approach to building a company and a team. More like in a school than in a team where specialists work. Knowledge of the English language across the team should be better.
