Pros
nDivision has a culture that is not a fit for everyone. That is what makes working for nDivision such a positive experience. You will be challenged daily; however, you learn from your peers and superiors alike. Too many job seekers these days want something easy with great pay. I believe you need to work to get paid. If you carry your share and improve the business you will be recognized and rewarded.
Cons
With less than 100 employees, nDivision is a smaller company. Smaller companies tend to have people wearing multiple hats. If that is not your style, you will want to seek employment at a larger corporation.
