Pros

Nature of business always requires entry-level IT helpdesk type roles Good to get your foot in the door and have something on your resume Weekly meetings enforced All equipment provided Remote position

Cons

No proper (aka formal) orientation On the outside, they try to show that they run a lean machine, but inside you'll see the cracks; you'll see who's favoring who; and you'll realize that you can be thrown under the bus any moment No real support - they'll say they're available but won't answer back till the next day Nepotism in some teams
