      Pros

      Good 401K at that time, decent benefits, work from home.

      Cons

      Unreasonable expectations that the job will supercede your life. Those in leadership roles choose to make their careers more important than their own families or lives and if you don't choose to do the same, at some point, they'll find a reason to get rid of you.

      WFH - no commute Great team of people to work with Great tools to help make everything more efficient Well Organized Get to touch a lot of cutting edge tech and work with a lot of different tools. Great way to learn more within the industry

      Cons

      Long hours can be rough but the time off makes it worth it.
