poor leadership - Project Coordinator netlogx Employee Review

Like every successful organization, netlogx continually works to improve our processes, especially in the ever-changing landscape of hybrid and remote work. In order to improve our processes, team member feedback is critical. In the past year, none of our transitioning team members shared any major process concerns within our organization, and other team members routinely report efficiency and clearly-defined processes. We always appreciate feedback and will be looking into any potential process improvements; however, we also will continue leveraging the processes that are currently working for our existing team members.
