Pros

The Account Managers are seasoned veterans at recruiting and are all very helpful when it comes to learning about new roles or giving insight when asked. They also help bring in a lot of business that provides there to be many different positions to recruit for. The culture is great, especially for younger people. They allow for flexible work hours giving you a two-hour window to show up for the day and also allow you to work remotely on Friday's. The office is a fun atmosphere with things like a putting room, arcade game, massage chair and more. I am very thankful for my time that I spent there and can confidently say I left nexus IT group as a much stronger and knowledgeable recruiter. I would recommend this company to anyone trying to start their IT recruiting journey or looking for a new place to continue their career.

Cons

Not many besides the regular struggles that come with any recruiting company, sometimes candidates back out or are not selected for a role. That is just part of recruiting.

Pros

Great company culture that treats its employees as adults

Cons

You can only control what you can control and the nature of recruiting requires multiple parties working together to succeed.

Pros

The culture is relaxed, but with a focus on performance. Everyone is there to work, but isn't afraid to cut loose. It is financially rewarding due to growth, but the work makes you feel good at the end of the day This is truly a place that you can grow your career, grow as a person, and work long term if you put effort into it.

Cons

The only downsides are from it being a small business. There is a lot of growth, and hiring hasn't matched it. Position can be stressful, but that is due to the industry more than the position. There were a lot of growing pains initially with office environment and opportunity, but those are starting to fade.
