Pros
Working through the pandemic as a Noticed employee made a difficult experience a lot more positive and easier in terms of my career, it was certainly one less thing to worry about amidst a time of uncertainty. While almost every company was making cuts and letting employees go, the Noticed had not only kept all of their employees but also provided an emergency fund for employees who were struggling through the pandemic. Through the grapevine, I heard the CEO actually supported two employees with personal emergency expenses. He is an inspiring leader who provides extremely beneficial constructive criticism. I have been fortunate to have this experience to learn, grow and excel in my career tremendously from the feedback he has provided me. Although I only spent one year as a part of their team, the Noticed does improve their employee benefits and perks every year. They are also known to have an open door policy where management is very receptive to employee feedback. They have a very positive and uplifting work environment for those who are eager to learn.
Cons
In my time with the Noticed, they had restructured their leadership team which required an adjustment period for all of the employees. There were a lot of changes to get accustomed to. However, it seems that this ultimately was a positive change that has resulted in a solid vision for the company's future. With this change, they seem to be headed on upwards in a productive and optimistic direction.
