      I would not think of any positives, being activity blamed for other peoples mistakes

      everything working and always listen to clients and not engineers who are on the ground being abused cross multi contracts

      Overall, a great place to work. The people and projects are superb

      Cons

      The leadership need to listen, especially when people are brought in due to relevant experience. You have to listen to those people or run the risk of derailment

      Management have no clue what they’re staff are up to Remote working Work is easy but dull

      The strangest company! Bizarre collection of people with the worst personalities, socially inept individuals with giant egos. Management are incredibly defensive (and rightly so, they’re completely useless and will be aware their staff know this) Strange times, the office is a dusty house..
