Pros
Enable is a company with a deep culture of people and relationships first. This surfaces with clients and coworkers, who strive to care for one another and put other people first. Pat is competitive, benefits are good, and the retirement matching is generous. Monthly catered lunch provides some good time to catch up in person.
Cons
Since 2020 almost all work is remote, which can be isolating, but is also optional for employees.. the office door is always open for those who want to come in.
