      Nice colleagues and shared values on sustainable development of emerging economies Flexible working hours Opportunities to travel to developing countries and interact with different cultures

      Not clear career development ladder Intense travelling to developing countries Challenging location of the Zeist office in the Netherlands Not at all a 9 to 5 job, many late night hours for which you will not be compensated

      Pros

      Office environment is very free, relaxed, and enjoying.The office is located near Dupont circle metro. Coworkers are nice and friendly.

      I don't know whether I am making any contribution or not. If you want to challenge and develop your career, you'd better find another position.
