Pros
Good number of leaves on paper but they will not allow you to take it. System doesn't allow more than 2 leaves in a single stretch. WFH in some projects but now Coforge has bought this company, it will also disappear.
Cons
You are no longer treated as an employee; you are simply a consultant assigned to deliver work. Noone talks about growth or salary because it never increases. Only they will talk about delivery, how to make client happy. Now only AI prompt engineers are required, if you are experienced guy, you will be fired. No culture, no events, no team co-ordinations. You are a robot here, who come, work and go when they allow you to go.
