      Pros

      Great colleagues, always full of laughter. Focus on teamwork and having a common goal to help migrant learners. No matter what role you play, you will come together to do what is needed. A very meaningful job.

      Cons

      Pay could be more competitive. Increased in paperwork is something that everyone dreads. Advancement and growth of staff is something that might be lacking. As a non-profit organisation, it's not easy to provide more staff benefit.

      Pros

      Enjoyable job. Lots of autonomy. Great colleagues. Everyone very supportive and helpful. The hours are only perfect so many people with young children find it a good job to do as it’s during school hours.

      Cons

      Not ideal if you want to have full time hours as you have to balance it with another employer to get enough hours to make a full time wage. Also no pay during school holidays.
