Pros
Small team but all member dedicated and bright, good for throwing around ideas in a safe environment. Not overly strict management, with great flexibility to work from home when needed, take a personal day/extra vacation day, or finish jobs around a schedule. Located in a good area of New York, diverse clients, and opportunities to tailor your work "portfolio" to your skillset.
Cons
A small team also means that individual personalities, if there are conflicts, can be harder to manage as you can't avoid other team members. Additionally, there are less resources for direct salary (although benefits and flexibility for scheduling remain strong).
