Pros
You get access to news about board games before anyone else. You can buy them cheap. If you manage to get on the good side of the management, then you basically cannot get fired unless you steal from them. If you like board games, this is the place to be.
Cons
The CFO likes to literally yell at people. He goes from zero to pissed off in seconds. I have heard him yell at someone from halfway across the hallway. You need to spend at least 2-3 hours working in the warehouse each day and when they are behind everyone has to drop everything and help them out. In all of December you spend all day, every day at the warehouse. The sales department doesn't sell any products, because they are too busy helping at the warehouse. You almost need to steal from them to get fired if the management likes you. That means that, even if you are incompetent, they will protect you. The salary is low compared to the same position in other companies.
