- Fun and friendly office environment - Working with the founders is a great experience
Cons
- The work is pretty mundane and repetitive after a few years - Limited growth opportunities - they'd rather bring in middle management as opposed to promote internally - Don't feel very valued by the management. The attitude is very much one of "we can easily replace you" - Increasingly political as they add more and more external leads
