Pros
The company is very open and transparent. The people are nice and easy to work with although some can be a bit distant which is somewhat typical in the IT world. You will gain very useful experience working here. Everyone is treated as an adult with ample freedom to work remotely when needed. Good benefits, but understandably not as extensive as larger companies.
Cons
You can get stuck in your role which, again, can be somewhat typical of smaller companies. Not very diverse, but not necessarily for lack of trying.
