      A joke of a technology company

      Pros

      The hard working programmers and support technicians always seemed to put in the extra effort.

      Cons

      The lack of proper training, the lack of qualified management and the quick expansion is a recipe for disaster. The pay was minimal for the type of work and the hours expected of you. One could easily make 40 to 50% more a year if they sent out some resumes.

      Pros

      Company has a great working environment, laid back atmosphere. The people are friendly and kind, always willing to help if you need it.

      Cons

      People gossip a lot. Products are not always developed or implemented the proper way, which get customers angry, and employees don't know how to resolve issues.

      Pros

      The people are friendly from a distance, casual attire, and casual environment. Good place for people with no experience to come and gain experience to a degree.

      Cons

      Most employees are not paid their worth, most if not all are expected to go above and beyond despite the low pay, no bonus, raises are far and in between, employees have gone 4 years or more without a raise, owner plays favorites, employee work effort is very high, mgmt effort is very low, no leadership, guidance, or advancement. No room for growth. Many people hired and many people fired and many quit. Benefits package is not favorable. Hint...even the CEO left the company a year ago.
