Working at one of the 3 major telcos in Malta will introduce you to a vast array of platforms and technologies, with learning opportunities in every step of the way. The team is welcoming and allows the newcomer time to get to grips with the work. Company Culture is very positive with a hard working and understanding HR team. Events year round. Inter team communication is easy and accessible.

Cons

Compensation might be comparitively lacking, especially with the booming gaming industry in malta.
