Being unemployed is better than joining this company!
Pros
1. Projects are good. 2. Office colleagues are good. Simple and hardworking people with whom u can work. 3. 50% discount for gym. they have some tieup with yhe gym.
Cons
1. there is a good cop bad cop environment. there are 2 CEOs. 2. You'll have to strech and strech.. work for 12 hours a day. If u leave after completing 9.5 hours, other colleagues look at you as if ur leaving too too early.. it has bcom a norm for these people that u can't leave office before completing 12 hours a day. 3. They wont let you leave the company. when you tell them that you wanna leave, they'll first play the "this company has grown only bcoz of you" card.. If you are not flattered by their schemes, then they'll show their true colors n they'll nake you wait for your release papers. 4. You see, this company has good n genuine and the company makes most of it. they know the weaknesses of all, so they use it whn needed. They are best at manipulation. n believe me, they are seriously best at manipulating people. I would rather use a hindi slang rather than using the word "manipulating" but that would not be professional. But that hindi slang is perfect for wat those guys do. 5. Lets just not discuss abt the salary. I used to not tell any of my colleagues my package. Not because i didn't want to, but bcoz i was ashamed. coz for a guy wid my level of experience, my package was comparable to a fresher in ny MNC. At last, you might feel I'm lying coz there are good reviews about this company too.. Those good reviews are given by the employees of the company itself. The review writer was one of my colleagues. So just to show a good image of the company they made 1 guy to write few good reviews abt the company. You can easily make out which are the fake ones if u compare the good n bad reviews. You'll find a huge difference between the 4-5 starred review and 1-2 star review. Also, its not a MNC. Its just a 2BHK spaced like company with around 30-40 people. Like that was the count when I left. coz the ratio of hiring to employees leaving the company is 1:2. twice the count of employees leave the company every year as compared to the count off employees hiered. I hope I've given you a clear idea about this company. I've suffered enough during my tenure. If u join this company ny any chance, please come back n read my review again.. Ull agree to each point that I've stated.
