Pros
- Friendly and supportive colleagues who always help when you need them. - Bosses are nice and supportive if you're multi-taskers and have good relationships with your colleagues. - Great location in the east. - You can learn many things in the polyurethane industry.
Cons
- Salary is not that competitive for a chemist position as the job is not complicated. - In most cases, it's micromanagement from a family company. - A lot of labour work, chemists usually have many tasks to do per day. - Long-term exposure to chemicals can lead to health issues.
