you will curse yourself working with company every day after joining. Company will not let you sleep or have better social life. Poor planning.. Any day your Manager will tell you to come in night shifts. Hell lot of unwanted work pressure. Managers are busy in playing politics, and saving their Positions. Little focus on Performance. If you are in good terms with your managers then you are safe in Company even though you are not performing. Management appreciate & encourage team for small achievements but will react & discourage in worst manner & make you feel of slave. No future of this company.. Company without focus & vision..

Non flexible people starting from HR to the Departmental Managers. Non employee centric policies. Deducted 8500 from my final settlement as fine just because I was working from home. I pleaded them to return my money but they have no feelings I explained them all the reasons but still no supportive response. They are looting employees money. Employees are slave here, worst company to work with. This company is a scam. Its is operating in US from India and they dont even inform people that they are operating from india. This company is a BIG TIME SCAN. Rupesh Sanghavi you will never be happy after looting employees money, your company will definately go down and I will pray to god for that.

The main PRO about the company is it is very ambitious. But owners don't know anything. Best company to work if you want to work for 2-3 months, like you can earn your pocket money.

Cons

Strictly No-No for freshers. Don't payout at time. HR is Useless CEO, COO both are literate illiterates
