I had the pleasure of joining Escape a few years back, and it's more than met my expectations. I spent 2 years being able to bring people together at a variety of events, both up and down the UK and abroad. Escape has something that not many companies do: it has a team dynamic that is truly one - winning together, losing together, and no one gets left behind. You really do get out what you put in, get to witness some incredible experiences, always have a place to turn to if you need help and work with some wonderful people.
Cons
The summers can be quite full on, and you might have to miss out on some things for a few weeks, but it is unbelievably rewarding.

Pros
Being able to travel through your job with all your mates building / working on a brand that throws unreal events. Working on projects that are creative and exciting…very different to your normal pencil pusher job!
Cons
Not enough cool people who fully understand the beauty behind the festival / event work…if you aren't fully in love with the scene the work is not for you
