Pros
when i've joined here, there were many pros to appreciate, but now it has only cons to tell about..
Cons
- they've no idea what they want from their employees. they don't clear their point to the employees of what they want from employees. -they're stealing games and apps ideas from play store and app store and they've not their own idea or concepts in their game or apps. -The so called boss and his app and game heads both have no idea of the pipeline of games and apps. specially in games they're way behind then the world and they don't want to improve it. -cause of lack of communications between head and employees, they blames employees for their demise and based on this poor communication they judge employees performance. i've seen their performance scam on many employees and even on me.
